Omg, too bad this is one of the only places in the area that moves military. They didn't pack my items improperly. No paper at the top and bottom of boxes. Things wrapped inadequatly so they broke. Choose them if you want young kids on their cells the whole time giving you attitude. Negative stars if I could.
Bryson and his crew were amazing at our house! Super friendly, and took great care with all our items. They packed us all up really quick and loaded onto their truck with ease. The wife did some pre-sorting of items, emptied the kitchen, and labelled things very clearly that were not leaving...it was flawless. We are about 99.8% sure we didn't have anything packed that wasn't supposed to be. Make sure you get these guys and gals something to drink to keep them hydrated!
We had so many issues with this move (over 30 boxes were either shipped in error—should have been in long term storage- or not shipped as requested—beds, clothes, TV, etc). Moreover, they shipped firearms to a country where those items are prohibited—placing me and my career in jeopardy. After nearly a month of ghosting, I received a reply and thought we had a solution, but have again been ghosted for over a month. I hired two men and a truck from A-1 Freeman Moving & Storage. They came over and got to it. They loaded my HHG'S in a timely manner. Moved across town and unloaded them as well. I was very well pleased. The two young men did a great job. Now I thought the price was a bit high. But it was worth it. Thanks again for a great job.
We had our things packed up by Trent and Christopher to move to Florida. They were PHENOMENAL! They worked very hard, were professional, and very thoughtful and careful with our belongings. If they were unsure whether something needed to be packed, they double checked with me. They took the time to make sure everything ran smoothly, as packed correctly, and labelled everything meticulously. On loading day, Gabriel joined the crew and he was great as well.
