Wow! If I could give 100 stars I would. What an amazing team to work with. Every employee handled everything with care. Most importantly the GM Tiffany explained the ins and out of my move and made what would have normally been a hectic time, my most seamless move yet. Everything she quoted me was spot on. All of her employees were so respectful of my new and old home. They were so friendly and not a single item was damaged. 10/10 recommend! This location is amazing and the employees are incredibly knowledgeable and meticulously trained to provide the most amazing service! They made such a stressful time very seamless and I would recommend any family and friends to move through not only this company but this location in particular! The GM was exceedingly professional and kind throughout the whole process! She deserves 5 stars herself! Overall the team was very efficient, punctual, and dependable. Thank you to this whole team!
On May 8th 2024, the A-Freeman Agency (agent for National American Movers) conducted an estimate at our property located in Colorado Springs CO, to provide a cost estimate quote to move our family from Colorado Springs to Texas. We were originally quoted $5,174.70 with a written email confirmation stating that the price will not increase and we agreed to the quote and signed the document. A1 Freeman just finished performing our PCS, and they did a fantastic job. We had a heck of a busy, cluttered house, and it had to have been a nightmare to perform despite any help we tried to offer, yet they still knocked it out of the park and even got our belongings 2/3 of the way across the country within just a few days and had them placed neatly in our new home before half of our family could even make it there. They only got 2 stars due to the packers. They were great. The movers on the other hand - let’s just say if I had the option to fire them on the spot, I would have done so. They were awful. Did not care about my stuff, my house, even though we were there. In fact, it seemed as though they hated us and had no issue arguing with my wife and I.
