Everything was smooth with setting up dates and all of the logistics. The 1 star review comes from two things. First, communication with boxing day was poor. They messed up the day and time, and was frustrated with us for not being there when they arrived… a day early. Secondly, and the main reason, one of their packers stole all the cash from my child’s piggy bank (it was a fairly good sum). This company has been incredible from the moment we were assigned them as a moving company (military move) to the last box packed up. The office staff and coordinators were so easy to work with and made things very simple and organized. They fit it around our schedule perfectly. The packing staff were kind and efficient. We're having this firm move us from Tulsa to Dallas, and I'll submit 3 reviews: Phase 1 is the packing, Phase 2 is loading everything and moving it to Dallas, and Phase 3 is unloading everything in Dallas. Phase 1: For 2 days A-1 Freeman's staff of capable packers packed everything very efficiently and carefully. Absolutely recommend! From Robert McDow who did the estimate, to John Plonczynski who did the scheduling/coordination, to Dean Whitely the driver, and ALL of the movers at origin and destination, everyone was fantastic!
