Bill Strano at Tynan is THE man to buy a sweeper scrubber from. We purchased a machine and Bill went to great lengths to show our staff the intricacies of operation and maintenance of this complex piece of equipment. It works great. Quiet literally has never once gotten a parts order correct. Says they have the parts in stock, on the shelf, ready for pickup, and I get there and am sorely disappointed. Can't even get a date, on when the missing parts(that they "have on the shelf and will be ready for pickup", will actually be in stock. Only using them because I don't have another option at the moment.
