This place was the best experience I've had and I'm 74. Very clean, maids, chefs, awesome techs and nurses. It felt like I was at home. Detox nurses were perfect; I met the most amazing people in there also. Best experience of my life I'm serious!! They made me feel so proud that I went to detox off alcohol. I'd go back if I ever needed detox again. Thank you Sunrise for lifting my spirits!!!! Excellent place to be!!! Thank you for your help!!!

The overall experience was good but if you want any information about anything you need to ask everyone. The rooms were absolutely freezing!! I like sleeping in the cold but this was ridiculous!!! Food was average at best. If you want medication to help you with withdrawal you have to make sure you’re in the right place at the right time. The staff was phenomenal though so overall it was a positive experience but not sure if I would detox there again. Not much to do except detox.

Intake was easy, all of the people that work there were very nice, professional, and proficient. I slept well and ate well. I can’t remember the chefs name, but he was great. Really good food and a wonderful attitude. I can’t think of anyone who did less than an acceptable job. Curtis was a stand out. I wish I could remember other names, but as a whole, it was a great experience.

I don't know how to explain in words it's the entire staff that makes u fell better from Doctors/ Therapist/ all the way down to the Chef that's feeds everyone the entire staff goes out their way to help you get thru all the ups and downs I'd like to simply say thank you

Colin is the best! It was too cold at night but other than that I was happy with chefs, programming, nurses, staff, etc.

Extremely cold the entire time, painfully cold. Which makes detoxing and withdrawal process much worse since it’s already difficult enough to regulate your temperature. I think more forethought should be put into assigning roommates, whether it’s age, drug of choice, compatibility. Both my Roommates were much older, snoring very loud, disruptive at night alcoholics whom I had a difficult Time relating to. One of your absolute best employees is the tech named Colin. Horrible experience. Employees lost my wallet. Turned out they gave it to another patient who was discharged during my stay. That patient used my credit cards and debit card for thousands of dollars. I filed a police report. It took Sunrise a week to review their own camera footage and they were able to identify the patient who they gave my wallet to but they refused to share that patients name with the police. Thanks for helping them steal from me, Sunrise.
